This versatile take on the Egg Roll recipe is a one-pan dinner made in 15 minutes or less!

Contrary to its name - this Egg Roll recipe has no egg in it at all, and ditches the traditional fried outer wrapping in favor of a bowl or Bibb lettuce wrap.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or pork
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, ground
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
In a large pan, brown the beef or pork until cooked through.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the cabbage, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well.
Stir in and/or top with green onions.
Add additional soy sauce if desired.
