This Beef Noodle Soup is easy to make on the stovetop or in your crockpot and will make your house smell pretty darn good too!

Ingredients
2 pounds of stew meat
2 cups mushrooms, diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups pasta, uncooked
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 cups beef broth
Directions
Cut meat into cubes and discard any large pieces of fat.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the beef.
Cook and then transfer to a plate.
Add the rest of the oil, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, all seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaves, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook until done.
Add the beef broth, beef, and peas.
Add the uncooked noodles 15 minutes before serving or boil the noodles in a separate pot, drain, and add once the soup is cooked and the beef is tender.
Discard the bay leaf and serve hot.
