Black Bean Mango Salsa

This salsa is thrown together in about ten minutes and can also be used by itself with chips as an appetizer and/or a topping for tacos!

Serves: 6

Prep Time: 10 minutes



1 cup mango, small diced

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup red onion, small diced

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

salt and pepper

tortilla chips, for serving


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix and serve with tortilla chips or use on top of tacos or salads.
