Ingredients
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 romaine hearts, chopped
1 avocado, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/2 pound bacon, crisped and chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing or dressing of choice
Directions
Shred the meat from the rotisserie chicken.
Cut the eggs into quarters.
Chop the bacon into pieces.
Arrange the chopped lettuce in a bowl and place all the ingredients on top.
Toss with selected dressing and enjoy.
