Chicken Cobb Salad


Prep Time:30 Minutes


2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

3 romaine hearts, chopped

1 avocado, diced

4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered

1/2 pound bacon, crisped and chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing or dressing of choice


  1. Shred the meat from the rotisserie chicken.

  2. Cut the eggs into quarters.

  3. Chop the bacon into pieces.

  4. Arrange the chopped lettuce in a bowl and place all the ingredients on top.

  5. Toss with selected dressing and enjoy.
