I mean, what's better than a bowl of creamy, spicy nacho cheese sauce?
Makes about 2 cups of Dip

This recipe came to fruition when my sister handed me a bag of orange and black Halloween-themed tortilla chips and I purchased three bags of shredded cheese not remembering I already had two bags at home in my fridge.
Making nacho cheese sauce at home is not difficult and turned out to be one of the easiest and quickest recipes around. Homemade cheese dip, made with real sharp cheddar cheese is the only way to go with none of the processed stuff. I served it warm with the Halloween-themed chips and it was gone by the end of the night. You can adjust how spicy you want it or if you’re not into spicy leave the hot sauce out.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans of green chilis
4 tablespoons hot sauce
Directions
In a medium pot add olive oil, milk, cheese, green chilis, and hot sauce.
Stir constantly until everything is blended and melted together.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, veggies, or soft pretzels.
