1 package store-bought pizza crust
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups butternut squash, diced and roasted
1 medium onion, sliced and caramelized
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out pizza dough.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-out pizza dough on top.
Coat butternut squash with olive oil and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
At the same time in a separate pan use the remainder of the olive oil and caramelize onion.
Place Parmesan, butternut squash, and onions on top of the crust and bake until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
