Make it on the grill!
Serves: 4-6 slices
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ready-made pizza dough
1/2 cup pesto
8oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
3 cups arugula
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Form the dough into a pizza shape.
Spread with the pesto and then arrange the mozzarella.
Grill the pizza with the grill lid open until the cheese starts to melt and the crust is cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
Toss the arugula with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve pizza sliced with the arugula arranged on top.
Garnish with Parmesan and chili flakes to serve.
