Sweet Corn, Tomato, and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza

The perfect pizza for all summer occasions.

Serves: 4-8 slices

Prep time: 20 mins


1 ball of store-bought pizza dough

1 cup sweet corn cut from the cob (about 2 ears of corn)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded mozzarella

4 ounces sliced fresh mozzarella

salt and pepper

6-8 basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place rolled-out dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. Heat crust for 4-8 minutes and then top with shredded mozzarella, corn and tomatoes, and then top with fresh mozzarella.

  4. Carefully put the pizza back into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and top with fresh basil leaves before serving.
