Grilled Pizza with Sun Dried Tomato & Arugula

This grilled pizza will be on repeat this Summer!

Serves: 3

Prep time: 20 minutes


Ready-made pizza dough (can be regular or gluten-free)

1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

1 cup chopped and drained sun-dried tomatoes from a jar

1 log of fresh mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

2 cups arugula

Juice from 1 lemon

salt and pepper


  1. Preheat your grill (or oven) to 450 degrees

  2. Form pizza dough by hand on a lightly oiled baking sheet or pizza stone

  3. Arrange the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes on the crust and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and toppings are browned

  4. Top with fresh arugula, chili pepper flakes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze and lemon juice.

  5. Serve & enjoy!
