Banana Nut Muffins

No butter. No refined sugar. Healthyish banana muffins with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Serves: 12

Prep Time: 10 minutes

A great solution for those aging bananas on your counter, these muffins are the perfect thing to grab on the go!


1 1/1 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 4 mashed bananas 1/4 cup honey 1 duck egg (chicken eggs are fine too) 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon milk 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix everything together.

  3. Divide into baking cups.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Let cool for a few minutes and eat!
