This blueberry and lemon bread is perfect for breakfast!

Prep Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugarloaf
8 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries
Pinch of salt
Confectioners sugar for the top (if desired)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix everything together and add the blueberries last.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and shake gently to make sure it's even.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Top with extra blueberries if desired and sprinkle the top with confectioners sugar.
