Ingredients
1 package of store-bought pizza crust
1 pear, sliced thin
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
5 pieces of prosciutto, crisped
1 medium onion, sliced and caramelized
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out the pizza dough.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-out pizza dough on top.
In a medium pan pour the remainder of the olive oil and caramelize your onion.
Set aside and use the same pan to crisp the prosciutto.
Place mozzarella, pear, prosciutto, and onions on top of the crust.
Sprinkle gorgonzola on top and bake until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
