Ingredients

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar

2 cups fresh pineapple, diced

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

1 red onion, minced

1 bunch fresh parsley, minced


Directions
