Ingredients
1 box of your favorite pasta
1 lb. of Italian sausage, uncased
5 cups Tuscan kale, washed, stemmed, and chopped (Buy a bag already pre-chopped to save time!)
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 cup fresh Parmesan, grated
Olive oil
Directions
Cook the pasta, drain, and set aside.
In a large pan over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Use a spatula to break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks.
Remove any excess fat.
Add the Tuscan kale, garlic, and Italian seasoning into the same pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the kale is wilted and tender.
In a large bowl add the pasta and then dump the sausage and kale mixture on top.
Drizzle 4-6 tablespoons olive oil on top of everything.
Toss everything together and top with the fresh Parmesan.
Serve hot or chilled.
