Soppressata, Ricotta and Hot Honey Pizza

A delicious pizza with just the right amount of heat and sweet.

Soppressata, Ricotta and Hot Honey Pizza


1 package store-bought pizza crust

10-12 slices of soppressata (if you’re fancy - if not, any dry salami will do.)

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta

1 cup pizza sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Mike's Hot Honey

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Roll out pizza dough.

  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-out pizza dough on top.

  4. Spread sauce on top of dough.

  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and layer the soppressata.

  6. Sprinkle with more cheese and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey

  7. Divide ricotta in dollops around the top and bake until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
