We have apples in abundance here in the Hudson Valley in the Fall. This apple crisp recipe works great for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet treat.

Made by Sophie Conran for Portmeirion, This beautiful handled roasting dish is one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. It can go straight from the freezer, to the oven and table, making it ideal to cook and serve. It's called a roasting dish but you can use it for anything (including Apple Crisp!). It's dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven safe.
