Classic Pepperoni Pizza

Serves: 8

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Bake Time: 15 minutes


1 package of store-bought pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 4-6 slices fresh mozzarella

3/4 cup canned pizza sauce

15-20 slices of pepperoni

1 small red onion, sliced

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough.

  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-out pizza dough on top.

  4. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the pizza dough.

  5. Place mozzarella and all ingredients on top of the crust and bake until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
